Campus parking is free on the weekend, however you must pay to park on Friday. On Fridays we suggest paying to park in the visitor spots at the Meadow Street parking deck during registration. Visitor day passes can also be purchased online for closer parking options (https://parking.uark.edu/visitors/).

 

We will have items for sale during check in and check out and camp performances. These items can be purchased with cash, check, or credit card.

 

Please report all allergies or food needs on your medical forms and we will do our best to accommodate them. You are welcome to send your child with snacks.

 

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing arkansasgymnasticscamps@gmail.com. 
  • For all Arkansas Gymnastics Camps, there is a $100 non-refundable deposit that is due at the time of registration. Camp registration must be paid in full by 30 days from the start of camp or you risk losing your spot.
  • Cancellation requests received within 10-30 days from camp will receive a refund for half the total of registration. 
  • No refunds will be given within 10 days of the start of camp (ex. If you need to cancel 6 days before the start of camp due to the lack of ability to participate for any reason, no refund will be given.
  • Registration and processing fees/service charge from Ryzer (our online registration partner) will NOT be refunded.
